Most programs simply give you a set of workouts (many of which don’t provide follow-along formats) and leave you to figure it out on your own.
Once you complete the program, then what?
Sure, some of these programs can help you to lose some weight and attain some level of results. But are they long-lasting?
Are you just following workout after workout, without actually learning what it is that makes the machine run? (You are the machine.) Could you do it on your own?
Are they simply giving you the fish or are they teaching you how to fish?
It is always fairly easy to just take the fish = to reach for the "magic pill" or easy way out.
Yes, of course it feels good once you eat your fish, but deep inside you feel like you are not in control.
Because you aren't!
There are 3 fundamentals that truly create life-lasting changes. They are essentially you. These are: BODY. MIND. & SPIRIT.
Body = Taking Action
Mind = Thoughts
Spirit = Emotions
We usually only use one of them to try to better our lives. For example:
Many times, we know what we should be doing to better our lives (Mind or Thoughts), but we do not take action (Body). Nor do we feel equipped to take that action because of depression and/or anxiety (Spirit or Emotions).
We can take action on our health by working out (Body). However, regardless of the results we attain, we still have a negative image of ourselves (Mind / Thoughts) and lack of confidence (Spirit).
We may have that outgoing positive spirit and positive mindset, but without action… well, nothing happens!
Likewise,
A traumatic event in your life is most likely tied to all three. A deep emotion of pain and sadness (Spirit), an event that physically took place in your life (Body) and negative thoughts or memories in your (Mind).
Now that you know the secret to life-lasting results… Carry on. Go change your life. Easy, right?

Before starting my martial arts journey, before I came to be the person I am today, I greatly lacked confidence and felt terribly lost. In all honesty, having not shared this before now, I didn’t have many friends and had very bad thoughts about continuing my own life.
I always wanted to be strong and would workout at the gym, as if having big muscles would gain me respect and help me to make friends. However, deep inside I felt insecure and depressed.
I began a journey that helped me realize these concepts of body, mind, and spirit. Through hard work, perseverance and training, I was able to build myself not only physically but mentally and spiritually.
I forge myself in fire, with sweat, blood, and tears (literally) and became known as the "Ironboy".
Leading me to become a multiple time national champion, international champion, and recognized in my hometown with the key to the city!
Wow! I am eternally grateful for this blessing and opportunity that life has given me and continues to give me. NOW I CAN SHARE MY EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEGE WITH YOU!

The funny thing is, that all of this came about without me actually "focusing on it". Once I stopped caring about what others think about me (earning respect and friends) and just simply worked on myself (body, mind, and spirit), I made so many friends. Not just locally, but all around the world, earning the respect of my city!
It comes from within, and the truth is that you can do it too! It is not about any titles or a key to a city. It's about you and being truly happy with who you are. Living your life with meaning, with purpose. Many times we let what others think and shiny material objects decide our worth.
Our worth comes from the decisions we make each and every day. In living our lives with honor, dignity, and authenticity. To have the courage to be ourselves and to live life enjoying the process of growth and learning. To take the risk and see the glory that lies beyond fear.

Now, that is not to say that life will be perfect and that you will never run into any more problems. That would be nonsense.
I have run into many obstacles and challenges, even today. However, by understanding and being able to use these concepts, I am able to overcome obstacles much faster and get back on track. Hence, lifelong and lasting / growing results.

Martial Arts has a very special place in my heart and I can say honestly that it saved my life. It truly brings together the essential concepts of the body, mind, and spirit in a beautiful mix.

With that being said, not everyone that practices martial arts understands these concepts. Although, of course, it is a lifelong journey.
I have seen countless times so-called "fighters", “senseis", "kru", "masters" etc. pretending to be something they are not and teaching techniques and concepts that simply do not work, cause injury, or that they have never done themselves.
This is one of the main reasons why I started teaching. It really got under my skin to see people being deceived and hurt thanks to these fake coaches.
My mission is to share this knowledge and help others just like yourself to learn the secrets, understand them and use them to better their lives.

Yes it does! HIIT Heavy Bag Workouts are part of the program. Although the program is geared more towards no equipment workouts like shadowboxing. We have it all!
If we could have you hit pads via video, we would! Come to think of it that's not a bad idea hmmm we will work on that too! :p
I recommend to do each workout and technique video at least x2. This way you really get the most out of each video.
You will also have complete control over your workouts and technique videos with our library and MEMBER'S ONLY APP always at your fingertips. You can learn on your own pace, go back to videos you had trouble with, or take a look what is ahead.
